How much does a custom suit cost?+
Custom suits start at $350, which covers a fused-construction suit in one of our Signature-tier fabrics. Price increases with construction (half canvas through full handmade) and fabric tier — you'll see an exact estimate as you build a specification in the configurator.
How long does a suit take to make?+
Most garments are ready 2–4 weeks after your first fitting, depending on construction and current production volume. We'll give you a firm estimate at your fitting.
Do I need to pay in full up front?+
No. We require a 67% deposit to begin production; the remaining balance is due at your final fitting.
What if the fit isn't right at final fitting?+
The first alteration after final fitting is complimentary within 30 days of delivery. We'd rather adjust it than have you leave with something that doesn't sit right.
Can I use the configurator without booking a fitting first?+
Yes. Build a specification any time — it's saved with a reference number. Nothing is finalized or charged until you bring it to a fitting and we confirm your measurements in person.
Do you make anything besides suits?+
Yes — custom shirts, trousers, tuxedos, overcoats, and vests, all built to the same standard as our suits.
Can I reschedule a fitting?+
Fittings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Call or reply to your confirmation email.
Do you do wedding parties or group orders?+
Regularly. Book a Wedding Consultation and we'll coordinate fittings across the full party, aiming for a consistent fit and finish across every garment.
